“I only have good things to say about MDE. We signed up because of my Doctor's decision to par with Delta Premier. Our claim payments with Delta have a much faster turnaround time and I love the Real Time response to preauths when we need an answer for our patients regarding fees. It would help if more insurance companies would sign up with MDE.
Technical support is also awesome with Kirstin and Andrea. They helped me through the first few weeks of questions and were very patient with me. Changing vendors is a little scary when you're talking about claims. Everything needs to go smoothly and with MDE I have the confidence our claims are getting to the correct place.
The NEA attachments are made so much easier with MDE and I have had a considerable drop in the old excuse from insurance companies saying, "sorry, we never received your narrative or xrays!”
Thanks again for a great job and I would recommend MDE to any office that wants to run an efficient practice. |
